Hackney Tax & Accounting, LLC is a tax, accounting, and advisory firm led by Enrolled Agent Sean Hackney. Sean earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
We specialize in tax preparation and planning for individuals and businesses. We also provide accounting, bookkeeping, and payroll services for businesses throughout Sheboygan County and southeastern Wisconsin.
Sean has previously worked in tax accounting roles in both the corporate and public accounting sectors for companies such as:

Sean is also a 20-year combat veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He spent his first four years on active duty. After completing his initial four-year active duty contract and receiving and honorable discharge, Sean returned home to Sheboygan, WI to be near family and friends. Still wanting to serve but with no Marine Corps duty stations anywhere near Sheboygan, WI, he chose to serve another 16 years in the Marine Corps Reserve. Sean has participated in several joint and combined exercises in the U.S. and abroad and has multiple deployments to the middle east, central America, eastern Europe, and Asia.
